概述
GD32C2x1系列MCU在保持优异价格竞争力的同时,显著提升运算性能与外设规格,实现超高性价比升级。该系列采用Arm先进的Cortex®-M23内核架构,性能比 Cortex® M0+ 提高10%,主频可达48MHz,具备单周期乘法和整数除法运算等高效处理能力,大幅提升软件执行效率。存储配置方面,搭载32KB~64KB高可靠嵌入式Flash和12KB低功耗SRAM,全存储区域均配备ECC纠错功能。为满足不同应用场景需求,提供TSSOP20/LGA20,QFN28,LQFP32/QFN32以及LQFP48 /QFN48等多种封装选择。
GD32C2x1系列MCU提供多达4个通用16位定时器、1个16位高级定时器。配备2路高速SPI接口(支持四线QSPI模式,速率达24Mbps)、2路I2C接口(支持Fast Mode+,速率1Mbit/s)和3路UART(速率6Mbps),集成3路DMA控制器,1路I2S,确保高效通信能力。非常适合应用在小家电、白电、BMS电池管理系统、小型显示设备、便携式消费电子产品、工业辅助控制系统以及车载后装设备等场景。
