概述

GD32高性能MCU采用领先工艺和内核架构,具备更高处理能力、更大存储容量、更丰富的片上资源,为开发者带来高端创新体验。高性能产品共包含5条产品线、17个产品系列,面向工业自动化、光伏储能、图形显示、数字电源、电机控制等多元化应用场景,为高级创新应用提供强大的算力支撑,推动嵌入式设计向智能化方向发展。

产品线

  • 采用600MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7高性能内核,支持多种硬件加速,内置超大可配高速存储空间,实现兼具高性能和低延迟的实时控制。集成大量通用外设资源、高精度模拟外设及多种音视频接口;支持多种安全机制,为通信过程的数据安全提供保障。全面适用于数字信号处理、电机变频、电源、储能系统、音频视频、图形图像、机器学习和人工智能等应用。

  • 采用Arm® Cortex®-M33高性能内核,主频达到200MHz;内置多种主流外设、通信接口以及音视频接口资源。最高支持7.5MB Flash,最高支持2MB程序RWW (Read-While-Write) OTA升级,满足复杂工业系统对于代码升级备份的需求。同时推出Security Boot and Update软件平台,提供安全启动、安全升级、安全通信及软件方案;支持系统级IEC61508 SIL2等级功能安全标准。

  • 采用Arm® Cortex®-M4内核,主频高达240MHz,具备快速的实时处理能力,可支持算法复杂度高的嵌入式应用。集成多种高性能的工业标准接口,为工控和物联网等设备互联需求提供高性价比解决方案。整合了强大的运算效能和出色的功耗效率,支持高级计算、通信网络、人机界面等多元化应用场景。

  • 采用Arm® Cortex®-M33内核,主频高达180MHz。同主频下的代码执行效率相比市场Cortex®-M4产品提升了10%-20%。内置了全新的超高精度定时器,具备优异的防护抗干扰能力,符合工业级高可靠性和温度标准。采用了高度集成化的创新设计,为实现广泛的工控和互联应用配备了更为丰富的标准外设资源。

  • 采用Arm® Cortex®-M3内核,主频达到120MHz,配备了3MB Flash及256KB SRAM。加强了对视频图像、液晶显示、存储扩展以及高速信号采集等应用的支持,并配备了增强的硬件加密模块与安全架构。
