  • GD32A7系列车规级MCU采用了超高性能ARM® Cortex®-M7内核,提供GD32A71x/GD32A72x/GD32A74x多款型号选择,集成了优异的性能、增强的安全升级、丰富的外设接口,全面适用于车身域控(BDC)、车身控制(BCM)、电池管理(BMS)、车载充电机(OBC)、T-BOX、底盘应用、车灯控制、DC-DC等多种电气化车用场景,进一步扩充兆易创新在汽车电子领域的产品布局。

  • GD32A5xx系列MCU完整采用兆易创新自主研发的IP库设计,包含各类高品质高可靠的数字及模拟IP均经过几亿颗成熟量产检验,提升了车规产品的稳定性和一致性。

    GD32A5xx系列MCU可以广泛用于多种车用场景,如车窗、雨刷、空调、智能车锁、电动座椅、电动后备箱、氛围灯、动态尾灯等车身控制系统、车用照明系统和电机电源系统,以及仪表盘、车载影音、娱乐音响、中控导航、车载无线充等智能座舱系统。得益于出色的安全监测机制,GD32A5xx也适用于部分ADAS辅助驾驶系统,如环视摄像头、AVAS声学警报系统等。

  • GD32A490系列高性能车规级MCU,以高主频、大容量、高集成和高可靠等优势特性紧贴汽车电子开发需求,适用于车窗、雨刷、智能车锁、电动座椅等BCM车身控制系统,以及仪表盘、娱乐影音、中控导航等智能座舱系统。采用成熟完善的车规工艺制程,产品开发及生产管理符合汽车行业质量体系IATF 16949:2016标准,符合AEC-Q100车规级可靠性和安全性标准,并具备出色的静电防护和抗干扰能力。能够在极端温度、电磁干扰和振动等高风险条件下可靠运行,以应对车辆行驶环境中的严苛条件和复杂任务。
